Job Description:
As a Level 1 Personal Lines Broker, you will play a key role in supporting our clients’ personal insurance needs and contributing to the overall success of our brokerage.
In this role, you will:
• Provide Quotes and Convert to New Policies by phone, email, and in person
• Advise new and existing clients on their personal insurance requirements
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long term client relationships
• Follow up on client accounts to ensure outstanding items are resolved
• Conduct sales calls to generate new business
• Complete timely renewal calls and maintain strong retention practices
Qualifications:
No prior insurance experience is required — we will support your learning and development.
We are looking for candidates with:
• A High School Diploma (post secondary education is an asset)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service experience, ideally in hospitality or retail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
