From across Alberta, we invite brokers and vendors to join us on May 12th to create lasting connections with one another and build a stronger community filled with opportunities.
Access to the trade show is part of participant registration for those who are attending on Tuesday, May 12th. Based on the success of last year’s later Trade Show, the 2026 Trade Show will run from 2:30pm - 6:30pm and will take place in the Van Horne Ballroom.
Vendors
If you are a vendor looking to register a booth, either use the registration options at the top of the page or click the button below. During registration, you will be given an opportunity to choose your booth location. Booth assignments will be completed on a first-come first-serve basis, so lock in your booth today! Booth Details
All booths must be prepaid. Each 8'x10' draped display booth includes:
- 1 - 8' High Black Backwall & 3' High Sidewall Drape
- 1 - 6' Black Skirted Table
- 2 - Folding Chairs
- 1 - 700-watt Duplex Outlet

Photographer
Our Convention Photographer will be attending each major activity to capture the events on film. Help sponsor him he'll wear t-shirts branded with your logo.
Smoothie Station
Help us bring back the popular breakfast smoothie stations and your organization will be promoted alongside them.
Convention Lanyards
Every attendee will have a name badge, and lanyard. Purchase this feature to have your logo printed on all Convention 2026 lanyards.
360 Photo Booth
We will be leasing and setting up a 360 photo booth at our Hospitality Night, your company will be promoted alongside it.
Charging Station
Throughout convention, we will have mobile device charging stations. Sponsor these to have your company recognized alongside them.
Photographer
Our convention photographer will be at every major event during convention. If you want your name on him, act fast.
Smoothie Station
Put your brand on our Smoothie Stations which will be setup during breakfast on Monday and Tuesday for all attendees to enjoy.
