Includes access to the full convention schedule from Sunday, May 10th to Tuesday, May 12th, as well as breakfast on Wednesday, May 13th.

  • Intended for those who want to bring their partner to our more casual events, the Spouse Ticket only includes access to Sunday night's Hospitality Night and the Peace Hills After Party, Tuesday's SGI Party and all breakfasts served through the Convention. *A Spouse Ticket does not include access to Gala, the Wawanesa After Party, any convention education event, or the trade show.
• Gala Only: $300
  • The Gala Only Pass is intended for those bringing a plus-one to our Gala and the afterparty that follows. *A Gala Only Pass does not include access to any other events or meals.
• Wednesday Breakfast: $40
  • Staying on Tuesday night? Join us for breakfast the next morning! Just add it to your registration below. *All Full Registration and Spouse Tickets include Wednesday Breakfast.

Trade Show

May 12, 2026 | 2:30-6:30pm

Your booth registration includes all-day Tuesday access for two (2) exhibitor attendees. These booth attendees can attend education sessions, the trade show, and the SGI After Party. Booth attendees will be permitted to join Convention delegates for all Tuesday meals. If you require additional attendees (over and above the two (2) complimentary attendees), please register them as a Tuesday-Only attendee. If you require a double booth (total four complimentary attendees), please register separately for another booth.

During registration, you will be given the choice to select one or more sponsor options. These options will help us create exciting experiences and additional activities during the Convention, elevating your visibility and ensuring our 100-year celebration is unforgettable!

  • Your company logo will appear on the IBAA Convention Delegate giveaways. These will be provided for every attendee to take home, offering an excellent way to keep your brand visible during and long after the Convention.
• Charging Station (Sold Out)
  • Your company logo will be displayed on the mobile device charging station placed throughout the event, giving attendees repeated exposure to your brand while they power up.
• Convention Photographer (Sold Out)
  • Your company logo will be featured on our Convention Photographer, who will attend all major activities to capture memorable moments. Our photographer will wear t-shirts branded with your logo, ensuring your brand is visible throughout the event.
• Smoothie Station
  • Your company logo will be displayed during breakfast near the smoothies on a specific day. This sponsorship ensures your brand is seen and associated with a favorite Convention experience. You may supply your own branded cups to enhance this exposure.
• Hospitality Night 360 Photo Booth (Sold Out)
  • Your company name will be displayed by the 360° photo booth during Hospitality Night on Sunday, May 10. This engaging activation puts your brand in the spotlight and helps kick off the Convention’s social events in a memorable way.

Golf Tournament

May 10, 2026 | 9:00am Shotgun Start

Join fellow brokers and industry leaders for a picturesque 18-hole (team scramble format) round of golf at the 28th Annual IBAA Golf Tournament. Register to enjoy the good food, better connections, and incredible views. Rain or shine, golfers of all skill levels and abilities are welcome. Registration opens at 9:00 a.m. with a 10:00 a.m. shotgun start.

Price per player: $350

Price includes green fee, power cart, lunch, prizes, a $10 donation per golfer to the Women in Insurance Cancer Crusade (WICC), and more. Golf clubs are not included. Prizes will follow course play.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled in writing by the end of the day on April 10th, 2026, will receive a 100% refund. Any cancellations after April 10th will NOT be refunded. Email all cancellations inquiries to convention@ibaa.ca.
