2026 Award Nomination Categories
Best Large Brokerage
This award will be presented to a large brokerage (over 10 licensed staff) that finds new ways to engage with their clients, leads industry best practices, makes noteworthy contributions to their community through local outreach and support, and promotes the growth and development of the broker channel.
In 2025, Westland Insurance earned the Best Large Brokerage award for its innovative, client-focused approach, commitment to technology and education, and dedication to community engagement and sustainability.

Best Small Brokerage
This distinction goes to a small brokerage (under ten licensed staff) that provides superior education and training support for its team, is dedicated to building a positive workplace culture, finds new ways to serve its clients and give back to its community, and utilizes technology to innovate and improve efficiency.
Paramount Insurance was recognized as Best Small Brokerage in 2025 for their dedication to education, community impact, and exceptional client care through its Paramount PEAK Promise.

Outstanding Community Service
The Outstanding Community Service award was developed to recognize a brokerage of any size that spearheads or participates in community initiatives, partners with local or national causes to promote growth within community groups and strives for continuity at all levels of their community outreach.
Last year, Western Financial Group received the Outstanding Community Service award for its unwavering support of local initiatives, including nine years of volunteer work and donations for the Foothills Salvation Army’s food bank and Christmas Hamper programs.
