Experience managing in a hybrid work environment. Strong understanding of both internal and external customer needs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. Demonstrated success managing projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop optimal solutions that enhance organizational performance. Willingness to travel within the region as required.
