We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Broker to join our locally owned, independent brokerage. This position includes leadership responsibilities, with the successful candidate acting as an Assistant Office Manager, supporting daily operations and providing guidance to the brokerage team alongside management. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior broker looking to grow into a leadership-focused role while maintaining a book of business. You will provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person and by email Assist customers with their commercial insurance needs. You will manage and build customer relationships and grow your book of business Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities Conduct sales calls for new business and making timely renewal calls for existing customer business.
