During registration you will be given two options for purchase:

All digital content (text and practice material) will only be available for 18 months from the date of purchase. Your exam must be booked and written within 12 months of purchase.
Upon enrollment, you will be granted access to the digital material within 2 -3 business days, any physical text will arrive within 5 - 7 business days. We recommend taking this into account during registration, so you give yourself enough time to prepare for the course.
CAIB 4 New Edition – Course Overview
CAIB 4 focuses on the management and leadership aspects of operating a successful insurance brokerage. Building on technical insurance knowledge, this course emphasizes strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, people management, financial oversight, and client relationship development. Through 10 modules, learners gain the business, leadership, and operational skills required to manage brokerage operations effectively and prepare for the CAIB 4 exam.

- Module 4 – Strategic Management, Part 2: Implementation – Executing strategy, measuring performance, and managing change.
- Module 5 – Human Resources Management – Recruitment, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Module 6 – Organizational Behaviour – Leadership, motivation, culture, and team dynamics within brokerages.
- Module 7 – Marketing – Market analysis, branding, and client-focused marketing strategies.
- Module 8 – Creating Long-term Client Relationships – Client retention, service excellence, and relationship management.
- Module 9 – Financial Management – Budgeting, financial analysis, and profitability management.
- Module 10 – Technology and Brokerage Operations – Leveraging technology to improve efficiency, compliance, and client service.
Instructor/Facilitator | Sasha Sather, CAIB (Hons)
Sasha Sather brings over a decade of dynamic experience in the insurance industry, with a career marked by excellence, leadership, and a deep commitment to professional growth. Originally from Saskatchewan, Sasha began her journey in Alberta as a claims adjuster before transitioning to a broker role in 2016. Her dedication to the craft quickly stood out—earning the top mark in Canada for her CAIB Designation in 2017, followed by her CIP designation in 2020.
Sasha’s leadership skills were recognized when she became Branch Manager of Drayden Insurance Ltd.’s Morinville location, where she fostered team development and operational success. In 2025, she stepped into a strategic role as Commercial Underwriting and Account Manager, serving as the pen for Drayden’s program business across eight branches.
Known for her sharp technical knowledge, practical insights, and approachable teaching style, Sasha is passionate about empowering others in the industry to grow their confidence and capabilities. Whether mentoring new professionals or leading advanced training, she brings clarity, warmth, and real-world expertise to every session.
