Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time professional Commercial Lines Insurance Broker to join our team. What you’ll do: • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person and by email • Assist customers with their commercial insurance needs. • Manage and build customer relationships and grow your book of business • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities • Conduct sales calls for new business and making timely renewal calls for existing customer business. • Utilize technology to do your work, stay organized and keep good documentation. • Supervise a team of brokers and provide support in tandem with management
Qualifications:
Minimum Level 1 General Insurance License and prior industry experience are required. Experience with Epic, Applied Rating services, and company portals is an asset. A knowledgeable insurance broker who has excellent communication skills, provides expert advice, values customer service, is adaptable and committed to continuous learning.
