Insurance Sales Producer - Remote As an Insurance Sales Producer with Western Financial Group, you will be be provided warm leads from the company website to sell a variety of Personal Lines Insurance Products. Here is what a typical day looks like Conduct sales calls with new business leads provided from the company website Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products Best match client needs to insurance company offerings Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses The value you bring General Level 1 License required A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them. A self-motivated and intrapreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation The ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through email Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity Role Details Hours: Full Time, Permanent - Availability to work a total of 37.5 hours/week from Tuesday - Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time Location: Remote across Canada Current Vacancy: Yes Compensation: $40,000 salary + 40% commission on new business Why Western?
