Job Description:
**Insurance Producer Responsibilities:** - Build a network and develop leads through various channels - Use lead lists to initiate contact and schedule appointments - Meet with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs - Conduct annual reviews with existing clients to update and assess coverage - Engage in prospecting through phone, in-person meetings, and social media outreach - Present and explain insurance products to secure new policies - Assist clients with claims to ensure smooth processing - Request referrals from clients to expand the client base
Qualifications:
- Insurance License - Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales or client-focused roles, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry. - Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and providing excellent customer service. - Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive communicator, both verbally and in writing. - Networking Ability: Skilled in networking, prospecting, and generating leads through various channels, including social media. - Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively. - Knowledge of Insurance Products: Understanding of a range of insurance products and ability to explain complex terms to clients. - Self-Motivation and Goal Orientation: Driven to achieve sales targets and build a client base independently.
