The IBAA Convention Trade Show is an opportunity for brokers and industry partners to create lasting connections. We are excited to invite brokers and vendors from all across the province to come together on May 5th to expand horizons and build a more connected community. Access to the trade show is part of participant registration for that day.
The IBAA Convention 2025 trade show will be an evening trade show, running from 3:30pm - 7:30pm and will take place on the second floor of the Banff Springs Convention Centre. To see a full map of the space, please click here.
During registration you will be given an opportunity to choose your booth location. Booth assignment will be completed on a first-come first-serve basis, so lock in your booth today!
Sponsorship Opportunities
Want more exposure? New to 2025, Trade Show vendors are being given the opportunity to directly sponsor different features around the convention. Help us fund these features and we'll be sure to highlight your contribution more broadly.
These opportunities include:
- Delegate Bags - Get your logo printed on our take-home delegate bags. These are provided to all convention attendees and are a great way to get your company name out during and after the convention.
- Charging Stations - Throughout convention, we will have mobile device charging stations. Sponsor these to have your company recognized alongside them.
- Convention Photographer - Our Convention Photographer will be attending each major activity to capture the events on film. Help sponsor him he'll wear t-shirts branded with your logo. (Logo must be provided to the IBAA by the beginning of February)
- Smoothie Stations - Help us bring back the popular breakfast smoothie stations and your organization will be promoted alongside them.
- Hospitality Night DJ - We will be hiring a DJ for our Hospitality Night, if you want literal "shout-outs", this is the way to do it.
- Hospitality Night 360 Photo Booth - We will be leasing and setting up a 360 photo booth at our Hospitality Night, your company will be promoted alongside it.

Prizes
The IBAA will be running a Trade Show Bingo. The more booths you visit, the more opportunities to fill in your bingo card and increase the value of your potential winnings. The IBAA will have over $3,000 in prizes with six opportunities to win gift cards ranging from $200 - $600 at various retailers and a grand prize of $1000 towards a stay at the Fairmont Banff Spring Hotel. #IBAABrokersDay
On top of the IBAA Bingo, Trade Show booths will often feature their own raffles and prizes. These prizes will include: Amazon gift cards, a bluetooth speaker, alcohol, travel gear, a portable movie projector, and more!
