Strengthening Fleet Quoting in FA Systems
May 5th | 2:30PM - 3:30PM

This seminar will cover:

Reignite: Building Resilience in the Age of Burnout
May 6th | 10:15AM - 11:15AM
Location: Van Horne Ballroom
Brokers would benefit from Dr. Jody Carrington's keynote by learning to foster more authentic client relationships, hearing techniques to build resilience in high-pressure situations, and to discover new ways to foster strong team dynamics.
Description and Objectives
As humans, we are way more alike than we are different; however, these days, we have never felt this disconnected and lonely in the work we do and the people we serve. Subsequently, it seems as though people, in general, have never been this "assholeryish", and the data would suggest that the overwhelm is even more prominent in those of us who are marginalized. Because of this, and so many other factors, many organizations continue to witness the impact of burnout, with reduced morale, low productivity and a lack of innovation. Emotional exhaustion, a lack of compassion, and an experience of futility have become common experiences for many teams. Dr. Jody has begun walking hundreds of organizations through the process of reconnection to combat burnout and reconnect our disconnections - getting us all back to the best parts of us. She provides specific strategies to shift culture, bringing hilarity and truth while reigniting purpose and productivity with this game-changing talk.
Key Takeaways:
- Discover strategies to foster resilience and tackle emotional exhaustion.
- Learn how to build stronger, more authentic relationships in the workplace and beyond.
- Understand how to adapt to a rapidly changing world by creating new "rules" for connection.
