This award will be presented to a large brokerage (over ten licensed staff) that finds new ways to engage with their clients, leads industry best practices, makes noteworthy contributions to their community through local outreach and support, and promotes the growth and development of the broker channel. This award will be presented to a small brokerage (under ten licensed staff) that provides superior education and training support for its team, is dedicated to building a positive workplace culture, finds new ways to serve its clients and give back to its community, and utilizes technology to innovate and improve efficiency. This award will be presented to a brokerage of any size that spearheads or participates in community initiatives, partners with local or national causes to promote growth within community groups, and strives for continuity at all levels of their community outreach.
