Your booth registration includes all-day Monday access for two (2) exhibitor attendees. These booth attendees can attend education sessions, the trade show, and the SGI After Party. Booth attendees will be permitted to join convention delegates for all Monday meals.
Booth Details
All booths must be pre-paid. Each 8'x10' draped display booth includes:
- 1 - 8' High Backwall & 3' High Sidewall Drape
- 1 - 6' Skirted Table
- 2 - Folding Chairs
- 1 - 700 watt Duplex Outlet
Booth preference can be selected in the registration form, by entering the booth number you would prefer. The complete Trade Show map with all booth numbers can be viewed by clicking here. Booths are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee your preferred booth will be available. Register early to secure the best booth.
Convention App
Upon completion of your registration a link will be provided via email for you to sign up for our Convention Exhibitor Platform. This platform will be directly connected to our official Convention App. You will be able to manage all of your company details such as a description, logo, and contact information. This information will then directly link to the official Convention App where it will be viewable by all attendees throughout the event.
Please also note that most official correspondence for booth information will be provided via this platform. Please make sure you create your profile as soon as possible to keep current on all communications related to your booth.
Sponsor Opportunities
For the first time, a number of sponsorship opportunities are being made available for Trade Show vendors. During registration you will be given the choice to select one or more sponsor options. These will allow us to fund additional activities at our convention.
- Delegate Bags - Your company Logo will be printed on all IBAA Convention Delegate bags. These will be provided to all convention attendees.
- Charging Stations - Your company logo will be displayed on all charging stations placed around the event.
- Photographer - Your company logo will be displayed on our convention photographer.
- Smoothie Stations - Your company logo will be displayed on all smoothie stations during breaks throughout the event.
- Hospitality Night DJ - Your company logo will be displayed with our Hospitality Night DJ, and they will make reference to your company throughout the evening.
Important Registration Information
Please make sure to list your two (2) Monday-Only complimentary booth attendee's names in the registration form and let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
If you require additional attendees (over and above the two (2) complimentary attendees), please register them as a Monday-Only attendee through the general Convention registration page.
If you require a double booth (total four complimentary attendees), please register separately for another booth.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations cancelled in writing by end of day on April 4, 2025 will receive a 100% refund. Any cancellations after April 4, 2025 will NOT be refunded. Email all cancellations inquiries to convention@ibaa.ca.
