First-Time: Member: $450 / Non-Member $900

Retake: Member: $150 / Non-Member $300

All exams are closed-book, 3.5 hours in length, and will be written physically with a proctor. Once you've completed your registration, please fill out and submit the Proctor Nomination Form to education@ibaa.ca. Our education team will review your registration, alongside your proctor and confirm your write date. Exams must be booked a minimum of 15 business days in advance of your write date to give us time to prepare your exam.

Once your exam is complete, your exam will be shipped off to a marker, this process can take up to 30 business days. You will receive your mark via email. Exams require a minimum grade of 60% to pass. In the event that you fail you can rewrite any exam as many times as you'd like at a cost of $150/$300.

Important: CPIB Exam registrations will not be approved and the process will not begin until both payment is received and an appropriate proctor has been submitted.

Proctoring

All students must have a pre-approved proctor to write their exam. You can either coorindate to write your exam at our office, or else submit a proctor through our Proctor Nomination Form. The requirements of out-of-office proctors can be found on the form.
