All Trade Show booth registrations will include two booth attendees for the Trade Show including breakfast and lunch. If you intend to register for the rest of the event, you must do so separately by clicking here.
Standard booth includes a booth at our trade show and admittance for 2 attendees for the Trade Show. Each booth will come with a 6ft table with black tablecloths, skirting, and chairs.
All Trade Show attendees are eligible for a 20% discount on full registrations for booth attendees. For this discount please reach out to the IBAA Event Specialist, Prescilla Thompson. You must first complete your registration for the trade show.
Registration closes on October 24th, 2025.
Registrations cancelled in writing by end of day on October 23rd, 2025 will receive a 100% refund. Any cancellations after October 23rd, 2025 will NOT be refunded. Email all cancellations inquiries to finance@ibaa.ca.
