Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Alberta has been IBAA’s charity of choice for approximately six years. Together with our amazing community of brokers we have raised thousands of dollars to help local RMHC Alberta families. Individual donations from IBAA brokers and brokerages help families stay near their children who are in hospital receiving life-saving care.
The IBAA is invested in supporting happy, healthy families as we believe that a broker’s most important job is keeping families connected to what they love.
Home for Dinner Program
Preparing dinner can be challenging for some under normal circumstances, let alone when they’re faced with the stress of a sick loved one. The RMHC Home for Dinner program invites a team of volunteers into RMHC houses to purchase and prepare a home cooked meal for out-of-town families with children receiving care in a local hospital. This program is an excellent way for your staff to give back to families in need. IBAA board and staff had a blast preparing dinner for the Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, and Medicine Hat homes this past year.
