 \n\n<p>Cody initially embarked on his insurance journey by specializing in
  home claims repairs across Alberta. Through his dedication and commitment
  to his craft\, he quickly established himself as a reliable and knowledge
 able expert in the field. Seeking to broaden his horizons\, Cody made a tr
 ansition to Western Financial where he thrived as a personal lines broker.
  As part of a dynamic new business team initiative he played a crucial rol
 e in expanding the company&#39\;s presence throughout Alberta.</p>\n\n<p>R
 ecognized for his exceptional skills and contributions\, Cody&#39\;s talen
 t didn&#39\;t go unnoticed. Joining the prestigious Allstate Canada\, he s
 ecured the coveted Forecaster award for his outstanding achievements in ne
 w business development. During his time at Allstate Canada Cody discovered
  a deep passion for training and mentoring aspiring brokers. Collaborating
  with industry expert\, Laurie Burdett\, he took on the responsibility of 
 providing General Level 1 and 2 training to new brokers\, imparting his kn
 owledge and skills to help them excel.</p>\n\n<p>Driven by his love for tr
 aining and nurturing talent\, Cody made a pivotal decision to accept a ful
 l-time position at Ballad Group alongside Laurie Burdett. In this role Cod
