 emium difference? A 5% premium reduction for each Grid step up to -10 and 
 a 23% increase for each Grid step above the entry level could make an enor
 mous difference for clients. If a client was incorrectly placed on the Gri
 d when the Grid was implemented\, and renewals took that Grid step as the 
 correct placement for that past year\, then years of premiums could be at
